Any paid plan unlocks every matched investor and their verified email straight away. Credits are only spent on writing: one credit is one AI-personalised email, whether that's a first email, a rewrite with a new angle, or a follow-up. Browsing matches, editing drafts yourself, sending and tracking never cost credits.

No. At each renewal your balance resets to your plan's monthly allowance, and that includes any unused top-up credits. Top-ups are designed for a busy month, so buy them when you need them, not in advance.

Any time, from your billing page. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

If you haven't spent any credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@kapvista.com. Once credits have been used we can't refund that billing period, but you can cancel so you're not charged again. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Think about how many investors you want to reach this month. A focused first pass is often 40 to 60 well-matched investors, which suits Launch. A full round usually means a few hundred over several months, which is where Raise or Scale make sense. If you'd like a human to help with positioning and intros, choose Concierge.

Prices are in US dollars and processed securely by Stripe. Australian customers may see GST added at checkout where it applies, and you'll get a tax invoice for every payment.
